The Our Voices team was recently presented with the Faculty of Arts and Education Research Team Excellence Award.
This award recognises a research team that has achieved distinction through collaborative work of demonstrable quality and impact, bringing together diverse skills, disciplines, and career stages to deliver a coherent programme of research or creative works that is more than the sum of its parts. Recipients were required to demonstrate the production of high-quality, peer-reviewed outputs, evidence of impact beyond academia, and a commitment to inclusivity, especially by supporting early career researchers and fostering an environment of mentoring, integrity, and respect.
Associate Professor Kane Meissel was joined by members of the Our Voices team to receive the award, and acknowledged the contributions of the wider team in supporting the delivery of this innovative multidisciplinary research programme and its impactful outputs.
